Terms and Conditions of the Meter Service

1. Installation Appointment

Products are installed within 48 hours from the date all goods are fully delivered to the customer’s site. The customer will be notified and contacted in the event of any delay within 48 hours.

  1. Customer Obligations
  • Preparing the installation area, ensuring the floors are level and clean—especially when installing parquet, vinyl, or outdoor flooring—and providing lighting on site.
  • Ensuring the walls are level, painted, and free of breakage, cracks, or oil stains when installing wallpaper or wall décor.
  • Ensuring the installation site is free of furniture.
  1. Installation Prices
  • They vary depending on the height and nature of the site.
  • If the total value of the customer’s order, including installation, is less than SAR 249, an additional service fee of SAR 150 will be added to the final invoice. This fee is charged to cover the cost of the service provided by the company, meaning the total amount the customer will pay will be the original order value plus this fee.

4. Cities covered by the "Meter" installation service
The "Meter" installation service is available within Riyadh and outside it in the following cities: Dammam, Al Khobar, Al Ahsa, Makkah Al Mukarramah, Jeddah, Al Madinah Al Munawwarah, Taif, and Al Qassim.

Maintenance for Installations

  • The maintenance period may extend up to 7 days from the date the maintenance request is submitted.
  • If the customer requests maintenance for unavailable or cancelled installations, the company is not obligated to provide the service or compensate the customer. However, if the customer requests maintenance during or after the warranty period, the customer must provide the maintenance supplies themselves, with no liability whatsoever on the company.

Warranty for Installations

  1. Terms for the Validity of the Installation Warranty

The installation warranty is valid for 12 months and starts from the date of the purchase invoice.

2. Installation Warranty Procedures

  • If the warranty is valid, maintenance will be carried out free of charge.
  • If it is not valid, the customer bears the fee for the installation technician’s visit.
  • If the customer requests special modifications to the product installation method, this will be at their personal responsibility, and the products will not be covered by the warranty policy in this case.
  1. The warranty is void in the following cases:

Misuse, negligence, accidents, vandalism, fires, theft, natural disasters, cleaning with chemical materials, or direct exposure to sunlight, as well as Severe scratches caused by sharp tools or breakage. The company is not responsible for any damage to the customer, whether material or health-related.

  • Carrying out maintenance work or modifications by any other company.

Replacement and Return of Installation Materials

  1. Terms
  • Installation materials and any excess beyond installation requirements with a value of less than SAR 100 are not eligible for return or replacement options.
  • No return or replacement will be accepted except with the original invoice.
  1. Installation Fees
  • Additional fees apply depending on the region and distance for returning materials.
  • The customer bears a 5% deduction from the service invoice value (Meter installation and measurement service) if the service request is cancelled.
  1. .Cases in which returns and replacements for installations are not accepted

o Installed products will not be returned if there are defects resulting from misuse.

o Installed products will not be returned if they have been cut or manufactured based on a prior request from the customer.

General Provisions Related to Installations

  • If technical issues occur during installation or a manufacturing defect appears, the product will be replaced or returned according to the company policy without financial compensation.
  • The customer must take temperature and humidity levels into account, as non-compliance may void the product warranty.
  • For external shipping orders, please ensure the shipment is intact with the shipping company. The company is not responsible for any notes or issues that are not reported after receipt.
