  • For orders within Riyadh, we provide private delivery service through the company's vehicles, allowing you to receive your order within 3 business days, to enjoy a smooth and convenient experience without any delays.
  • For orders outside Riyadh, we offer shipping service via Aramex, with delivery within 5 to 7 business days, to ensure your order arrives safely and quickly wherever you are.
  • Shipping Areas: We provide shipping service to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Shipping Cost: Depends on your destination and product weight. You can calculate the shipping cost during the purchase process. If the customer changes the delivery location after order confirmation, the company has the right to charge the customer additional shipping fees.
  • Delivery Time: We will ship your order as soon as possible, and we will provide estimated time details at the time of purchase. If the delivery representative is not answered, additional shipping fees will be charged.
    The customer must be present at the delivery location or have a representative.
    In case of postponement after the shipment is loaded with the representative, the customer bears the cost of damages along with shipping fees.
  • Shipment Tracking: Shipment tracking information will be available for you to follow the status of your order.
  • Receiving the Shipment: After the customer signs for receipt of the shipment, no claims for any shortages in the shipment contents are permitted.
  • Delivery Location: If the customer changes the delivery location after shipment confirmation, additional shipping fees will be imposed.
  • Delivery Locations: If the delivery location is outside the shipping company's delivery range, pickup will be at the nearest shipping company center without the company bearing any expenses or claims.
  • Quality and Packaging: We care about the quality and safety of products during shipping.
  • Delivery Signature: Signature is required upon receiving the order.
  • International Shipping: We comply with local and international laws for international shipping.
